- Complete the captcha verification
- Click submit your eligibility and payment status will appear on screen

Who Is Eligible
- PMT poverty score below 32 (NSER survey)
- Kafaalat targets women as beneficiaries
- No government employee in the household
- Valid NADRA CNIC
- Registered in the NSER database
Priority is given to widows, women-headed households, and disabled persons.
How to Register
There is no online registration for BISP. To register, visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office or Benazir Registration Center in person with the original CNICs of all household members and your children’s B-Forms, and complete the NSER Dynamic Survey there.
Anyone claiming to register you online for a fee is a scammer.

Taleemi Wazaif Note
Families with school-going children also receive extra education stipends under the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program increased by Rs. 500 per quarter in 2026 on top of the Rs. 14,500 quarterly Kafaalat payment (increased from Rs. 13,500).
