What Happens Next — From Ballot to Delivery
Step 1: Computerized Balloting
PITB conducts a transparent computerized e-ballot wherever applications exceed the available quota. The draw is fully digital — no agent, official or middleman can influence the result.
Step 2: Bank of Punjab Verification
Ballot winners go through Bank of Punjab verification: CNIC and documents are checked, the guarantor’s income is verified, an ECIB credit check is run, and enrollment is reconfirmed with the institution. Important: the guarantor’s total monthly debt — including the new bike installment — must not exceed 40% of net monthly income.
Step 3: Approval Notification
Students who clear verification receive an SMS on their registered mobile number plus an email confirmation.
Step 4: Bike Collection
Collect your e-bike from the authorized dealer. Delivery typically happens within 2–4 weeks of final approval.
Not Selected?
Don’t lose heart. Verified applications are usually carried forward to the next phase automatically — you typically don’t need to apply again.
